A recent change to the way the Safari web browser handles privacy settings is causing some instructors and students to receive the following error message when trying to access MyLab courses or content within MyLab courses:
“You don’t have a subscription to this site. Please make sure that the siteid or abbrev is correct.”
This is not an issue with your account, but rather an issue with the privacy setting of your web browser.
